Your Role:

• Works independently and in coordination with the Production Team, Lead or Supervisor.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and maintain equipment and area cleanliness.
• Interfaces and works with safety, quality, engineering and senior manufacturing personnel in identifying and implementing process improvements and process validations.
• Responsible for manufacturing products on schedule, within quality standards and cost objectives to meet customer demand.
• Ensure day-to-day duties are being performed. Additionally, optimizing operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensures proper line opening and line closing for one or more complete operations.
• Responsible for learning the safety hazards of processes, equipment and materials and applying that knowledge during routine operations.
• Performs a wide variety of skilled duties in the preparation and operation of process equipment.
• Cleans VLM's every other month and assists with weekly cycle counts as needed.
• Prints pick lists/ pick work orders. Help issue material to work orders when needed.
• C Shift: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of material handling or manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player. Always looking to share and advance best practices.
• Serve as a good role model to peers for safe work practices and behavior by conducting yourself professionally, keeping in mind your own safety and the safety of others.

Pay Range for this position: $18 - $28 / hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
