Your Role:

The Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance of our documentation systems. Providing support, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves managing document creation, revision, distribution, and archiving as well as providing training and support to employees on document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, review, approval and distribution of controlled documents, including SOPs, policies, forms and work instructions.
  • Maintain strict version control to ensure only current documents are in use throughout the organization.
  • Manage electronic and physical document repositories.
  • Maintain accurate records of document changes and approvals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and availability.
  • Respond to document requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in the creation of documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years work experience in quality or document control.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
  • Experience in quality documentation and/or learning management systems
  • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with various departments to deliver on quality commitments
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time and deliver results on time
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and quality systems software
  • Understanding or experience with ISO & FDA regulations


RSREMD

  • Pay Range for this position: $62,500.00- $93,700.00.
  • The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
